To be honest, I couldn't find any more info on what this camo is titled other than camopedia telling me it's called the Sumrak m2- but that is merely the cut of the suit. So I call it based on what google told me years back.
What Camopedia had to say on it "First appearing in the 2012-13 time frame, a copy of the German WW2 sumpfmuster (marsh pattern) camouflage is now being produced by the Russian firm BARS, and has seen usage with MVD spetsnaz units. This pattern is also called Сумрак (Sumrak), or SUMRAK M2 BARS."

These suits were developed and are still in use by the Russian military for operating in woodland regions or a a lightweight operational uniform for Snipers, Scouts, or other specisslized military units. Sumrak suits are popular with outdoorsmen, military, and collectors alike. This set comes with a jacket, trousers, and a stuff sack for storage. The jacket features button front closure, 2 hip pockets and 2 chest pockets closed by button flap. The jacket has a ventilated hood region for ease of hearing and circulation, foliage loops for extra camouflage to break up the outline at the shoulders and arms, and the hood is roomy to offer shade from the sun and accommodate other tactical headwear. There are elastic cuff closures and extended material to further conceal the hands, and extra reinforcement panels on wear points . The trousers will have , 2 rear pockets closed by button, and 2 hip pockets. The trousers feature a button fly, belt loops, suspender loops, and an elasticized waist. The trouser legs have elastic cuffs, reinforced panels at the knees. The legs feature an elastic cuff and can be worn over the boots to seal out sand, gravel, snow, or other debris. All wear points at the elbows, knees, shoulders, and hood are reinforced with panels .
