Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail.
Delivery times do vary depending on your location as listed below
UK – 1-2 working days.
Europe 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World 5-7 working days.

All items are well packaged and materials vary depending on the item purchased. Please recycle all packaging where possible as we try to be sustainable and use mainly recyclable packing.

Customs & Import duties

What is the procedure to return an item from my order?

We really want every customer to love their CaseStop product. Every case that we produce is checked by our team before it is sent out to you. If the case is broken, the print quality is very poor, or the case is the wrong size, let us know and we will be happy to resolve this.

Please send us a message and include images with a short description of the problem so that we can resolve this quickly for you.

Return shipping:

CaseStop is not responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning your item, if your package is lost en route by your chosen shipping provider CaseStop would not be held accountable and it would be up to the sender to make a claim against the shipping provider.

On the return form, please specify whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
