Brand new 100% Stainless Steel All Welded 2 lb. capacity Coffee - Peanut - Chile - Cacao Bean Roaster drum for Barbecue Grills.

Drum dimensions are: 8" in length by 7.5" in diameter.  Drum has 8" diameter 18 gauge type 304 Stainless Steel end cap plates.  Drum cage is made from heavy duty 18 gauge perforated (5/32" diameter perforations) type 304 Stainless Steel sheet and has 3 interior 18 gauge type 304 Stainless steel fins that run the entire 8" in drum length and rise 1.75" inch each into drum interior.  Hinged end cap for easy product entry/removal.  All Welded construction.

We offer the best size/cost value in the business.  Compare our cylinder dimensions against other manufacturers and see for yourself.  Moreover, our superior drum design rises above the competition by using optimal 5/32" drum perforations and a significantly larger open area.  This allows excellent chaff removal and increased air flow through the drum.  Compare that to other manufacturers sparsely holed drums with tiny 1/8" perforations which prevent the elimination of unwanted chaff and can also be a leading cause of tipping (burnt/scorched spots) on beans. IMPORTANT NOTE - NEW &  IMPROVED ROD ATTACHMENT DESIGN
This drum now uses my unique Universal Rod Fit design that I invented:  Drum has a 9/16" diameter hole drilled in the center of each end cap, along with a specially designed universal fit rod clamping mechanism adjacent to the drilled center hole on each cap. This allows this drum to fit ALL straight rotisserie rods up to 9/16" diameter. In other words if your rod is 1/4" in diameter it will work perfect; if it is 9/16" in diameter it will work perfect; and everything in between! (If you do not currently have a rotisserie rod a suggestion is the very popular Char Broil Premium Universal one by Char Broil).  

Drum is professionally made by a metal craftsman well versed in the art of coffee roaster drum construction. Please note that due to hand made nature of product, product is made per order.  Operating manual provided with drum shows you how to roast raw coffee beans, raw peanuts, cacao beans, or raw chiles. 

Please look at all pictures of drum shown at the top of this page.  Note that the drum now just has a center hole drilled and has my universal fit rod clamping mechanism on it.  The additional holes drilled in the end caps shown in the pictures are not used anymore.  It is a real nice premium roaster drum that easily roasts up to 2 lbs. coffee beans, peanuts and other nuts, cacao beans, and all sorts of chiles.  It is 100% Made In The U.S.A.
