Items are dispatched once full payment has been made and cleared.

For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

We dispatch within same working day if paid before ending order cut-off time (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class postage on all UK orders.

We also offer international shipping (Royal Mail International Standard).

Returns may be made within 30 days of recieving your item.

All returns must be authorised first. Item must be complete, including outer packaging.

Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility.

 - Goods arrived damaged will require photographs of all affected parts, including the: delivery packaging, product packaging and product itself. Where evidence has shown that the item as well as the packaging has been damaged in transit.

 - Goods not as described/pictured will require photographs of the affected product(s), as well as the points that the product was not as described or pictured in the listing you purchased from. Where there has been an error on our part, we will either offer  a return of the item (no cost to you) for a full refund.
