Payment

After winning an auction or Buy It Now purchase you must complete payment. We take non-paying bidders very seriously and reserve the right to report any non-payment or fraud to eBay, collection services and credit reporting agencies.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. All transactions will be subject to rigorous fraud checking and delivery will only be made to the registered PayPal address. Delivery to an alternative address will be available at our discretion. Other acceptable forms of payment are Debit Card, Credit Card (charges will apply) Bank Transfer and Cash on Collection.

UK Mainland Postage

Shipping price listed on eBay is for Mainland UK ONLY. Other locations will be more expensive. For Ireland, Scottish Highlands and International shipping you must contact us PRIOR to bidding for a price.

We charge a postage fee to meet the costs of materials and labour.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

 

Receiving goods

Your signature verifies receipt in good, undamaged condition. Any damaged items signed for cannot be refunded or exchanged, therefore please make sure all parts are inspected before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit.

Once an item has been signed for we cannot process any claim with the courier company. If the courier refuses simply write “DAMAGED” & "DO NOT” sign. If on inspection the item is damaged do not sign for it & contact us immediately on 01375 387 200

 

International Postage

All International customers must arrange their own collection as we do NOT do international delivery. All international customers, after arranging own collection must provide an e-mail address and telephone number with the tracking number and the name of their courier company.

 

Warranty Terms

All new parts are supplied with a 12 months warranty. Warranty varies on used items, please refer to listing details or contact us for more information. Our warranty does not cover labour of any kind from any third party. People have different opinions on condition when describing used parts. Always view the listing pictures carefully, and if you have any queries please contact us prior to bidding / buying. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Sometimes there is more than one option of a part for vehicles due to change to make, model, body type, chassis, engines etc.

 

The parts must be diagnosed correctly by a fully qualified technician, mechanic, body repairer and /or electrician.

 

On the rare occasion that our item is faulty the original diagnostic report must be provided as proof of diagnostic to show the item purchased is the item being replaced. This is because in many cases the vehicle has been incorrectly diagnosed.

 

The parts must be fitted by a qualified technician, mechanic, body repairer and/or electrician.

Returns

Please be advised that it is the company’s policy that all electrical parts are “NON-REFUNDABLE”

 

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is your (the buyers) responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

 

Any item returned without prior notice will be rejected. Please note that there will be a 30% re-stocking charge on any parts returned or ordered incorrectly, therefore we urge all customers to refer to pictures and match part numbers before buying.

 

All delivery costs is non refundable. Any item returned must be in same condition as sent. All our parts are marked and checked before being sent out.
