If you absolutely require guaranteed next day delivery, we can offer a Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service which is only guaranteed for weekday deliveries and must be ordered before 3pm , Monday - Friday. This service can be added by selecting ‘Special Delivery’ in the checkout section. There is a £9.99 additional cost for ‘Special Delivery’ before 1pm .

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item you can either return it to us yourself at your own expense, or contact us and we will arrange collection  which is chargeable. The average cost for a collection is £14.95
