| Return Policy | |||||
For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item in 14 business days |
