Royal Mail 48 - delivered in 2-3 working days, including Saturday. UK standard P&P is £1.50 for all orders less than £25. Free P&P for each additional item. Any orders above £25 will be delivered FREE.

Royal Mail 24 - delivered in 1-2 working days, including Saturday. £2.50 flat rate. Free P&P for each additional item.

Other Courier - delivered in 3-5working days.

24 hour Express Delivery - Orders placed before 10am are eligible for UK next working day delivery. All orders placed after 10am will be dispatched next working day.£6.50 Flat Rate. We use UPS or Royal Mail 24 Tracked depending on the order value and weight.

At The Tea Makers we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 14 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition. We cannot accept any food items if they are opened. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.

Return Process

1. Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu.
2. Select the reason for the return.
3. If the item is eligible to be returned using the returns process, ebay will provide a return postage label and packing slip. If a postage label isn't available for the item, please contact us for an alternative postage arrangement.
4. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the package label, and send the item back to us. Return the item within 14 days* of starting the returns process.
5. Track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions dropdown menu.
6. If you're requesting a refund, we will issue it to you within 6 working days after receiving the item. If you're requesting a replacement item, we will post it to you within 5 working days of the date you start the returns process.
