RARE Early Reproduction Model Special Full Picture Box!

For Your consideration is one Very Rare, <SH> HORIKAWA Tin Toy Robot Model "STAR STRIDER" AIJI-01 which is a rare original Japan Made replica model which was produced in Japan back in the late 1970's to early 1980's from the actual Original Japanese molds used back in the late 1950's to early 1960s! The robot was produced by: SH Horikawa of Japan and distributed by: Tin Toy Project, with Planning by: Task Force. This particular version has become very rare in this particular full color picture box. This is a stunning model! The robot itself is the rarer early production version as well which is factory painted in Green as opposed to more commonly found red version! The Robot comes to you in near mint unplayed with Condition in its Original rare full color picture box! The box is marked on the outside with a round red color indicator sticker which indicates that the robot inside the box is suppose to be red but the robot inside the box is in fact actually the earlier factory produced green one instead which makes this particular set even more unique and rare! The robot is in Factory Fresh unplayed with NOS ( New Old Store Stock ) condition having been stored in a warm dry smoke free  environment having never been played with or displayed outside its original box still being held in place by the original box inserts with the only minor factory flaw being that the right side lower tiny flat hinge on the battery door is missing one tiny off shoot tit extension which helps hold it in place when the battery door is in the open position. ( Please view close up picture of this area to view this very minor factory flaw ) Please also note that when the door is in the closed position it is very secure and will not open up on its own. This tin robot measures 1 foot tall ( 30cm ) by 5 1/2" wide by 4" deep. The Automatic features of the robot include: Stop 'N Go, Swing Open Door, Blinking and Shooting gun, Realistic Shooting Noise & Rotating Body! The robot is Battery Operated and Requires 2 "D" Cell Batteries ( Batteries Not Included ).  The box is free from splits, tears, holes or stains with the art work on the box being nice and bright and unfaded with the only minor flaws being some very light scattered shelf rubs on some of the high outer edges of the lid. If you are a collector of rare tin toy robots you will want to ad this rare piece to your collection.
