WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver across the UK and Worldwide.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The exception to this is for parcels being sent to Brazil or India on our Standard Delivery service.Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Metzuyan Ltd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

For Standard UK Mainland deliveries you should have your order in 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. If you opt for Next Day Delivery we will dispatch same day for orders received before 3pm. International Deliveries can take up to 14 working days.

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Deliveries can be made between 8.00am and 7.00pm.

ARE YOU ABLE TO DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, we can send to a work address or another residential address. If you select your workplace, please ensure you always put the name of the Company or Organisation in the address field, as well as your name to ensure you receive your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DUE TO BE DELIVERED?

The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe and secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. They always leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can pick your parcel up from.

IS MY POSTCODE ELIGIBLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

All Mainland UK postcodes are eligible for Next Day delivery. Please check with Royal Mail for further details.

MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED

In the unlikely case that your parcel does not arrive please contact us via the eBay messaging Centre so we can investigate and if necessary action a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note in some cases it can take up to 21 days to process the claim with the carrier.

Returns

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS?

You have 14 days from receipt of parcel to return an item. If your return is past the deadline we are unable to offer a refund. Please make sure everything is returned in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed with all the tags still attached. Items such as Tights, Leggings, Swimwear, Underwear, Hats and Earmuffs are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

The customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item upto a postage value of £3.20. It is not uncommon for parcels to go missing while in transit so please keep hold of your Proof Of Postage receipt as we are not able to issue a refund without this if your parcel is lost.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is received and processed swiftly.

Fill in the return section on the returns form and clearly state the reason for your return. Please ensure that you make write your name, address, email address and order number. • Repack the item in the same condition as it was received • Place the delivery note and the items you wish to return inside the parcel. • Stick the returns label on your parcel and make sure to affix postage. • Take your parcel to a Post Office and make sure you receive proof of postage from the Post Office. • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN?

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible but it can sometimes take up to 21 days for the refund to reach your account
