Authenticity

We will provide you with the details of signing, method of signing, and photo proof where available.

 All items come with a Certificate of Authenticity, with a unique 4 digit reference number, stored on a database, so if you have questions, simply e mail us and we will answer any particulars on the item purchased to the best of our knowledge.

Payment 

Payment is to be made within 24 hours of winning the item, otherwise the item will be relisted. 

We only accept payment by PayPal or Bank Transfer; this is for our respective security, this also maintains an auditable trail of payments.

Please do not request local collection or delivery, we operate on strict lean overhead, reflected in our low prices. Additional services are available in exceptional circumstances only (Birthdays, Etc), which may incur additional costs, we will aim to mitigate these where we can.

We may offer collection for larger items only within the North East.

Returns Policy 

We will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. 

In the event of the item being defective, postage will be refunded

If the return is simply because you don’t want it, or you get cold feet, we will expect you to pay for return postage.

 Domestic Postage 

Our Unframed over £50 in value are posted Royal Mail Special Delivery, meaning the item you buy will be at your door before 1pm the day after dispatch.

 Note that items under £50 in purchase value will be posted by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, which may take up to 2 days after dispatch. 

We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by the Royal mail, accidents happen, but we will ensure your item is insured and assure you of our best attention in the event of any claims.

International Postage

This is not a service we have traditionally offered; however we value, and understand our international client’s needs, and welcome their interest.

 The EBay Global Shipping Programme will cover most items

Please be aware we do not dictate the postage rates in the Global Shipping programme and apologise if they are considered too high. 

We will post unframed items abroad, that are not covered by the Global Shipping Programme, but please take the time to ask for a postage quote first prior to making an offer for the item. We will look at recovering the net cost of posting the item by tracked insured postage along. NO items will leave our doors without tracking.
