Awesome 1992 Batman Returns play set by Kenner.  This has been used mostly for display of figures, not for play.  This Bruce Wayne manor expands outward to include both the interior of the manor as well as Batman's secret Batcave lair.  All stickers are still intact and all functions, such as the swinging wall with secret wall click door, break down glass, and swivel chamber of changing Bruce Wayne into Batman, work beautifully!  The only part missing is the black railing that goes across the sewage scenery on the back.  However, I still have the railing for the drop down platform.
