CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

Grade A item, new with box.  

Grade A

'Grade A' means the item will be in either new or close to new condition.  These goods are generally either end of line stock, ex-display products or customer returns (not defective in any way) which may been worn a handful of times and bear very light signs of wear.  Boxes and swing tags will not be included with the sale unless specifically stated in the listing.  

Grade B

'Grade B' means the item will have been worn on numerous occasions and so is expected to display moderate signs of wear (i.e. more obvious cosmetic marks to uppers/soles and evidence of wear).  Some items may have been hand washed to remove any heavy soiling and a small percentage of goods may bear minor faults or repairs (we will always do our best to highlight these within the item specifics).  Boxes and swing tags will not be included with the sale unless specifically stated in the listing.  

Grade C

'Grade C' means the item will be well worn and is likely to show excess signs of wear and tear including possible defects (i.e. darker soil stains to uppers, heavier wear to fabrics and soles, possible odours). The item may have been machine washed at light temperatures to remove any excess soiling although should still be fit for its intended purpose. Boxes and swing tags are unlikely to be included with the sale unless specifically stated in the listing.  

RETURNS POLICY:

Please note that most of our items are either ex-display goods, customer returns or end of line stock sold off in bulk by large sportswear retailers. It is therefore anticipated that a proportion of these goods will have been pre-worn and show traces of wear, hence our significantly reduced prices compared with manufacturers RRP. 

In view of the above we always strive to ensure our photos are a true representation of the item you are bidding on with any obvious defects highlighted.  Buyers are however welcome to return any goods they are not fully satisfied with within 14 days of receipt for a full refund providing the item is returned in the same condition it was dispatched.  Buyers will also be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item received differs significantly from the original listing description.   

To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience we would urge bidders to scrutinise all the listed photos and put forward any questions prior to purchase.  We endeavour to answer any queries in a timely fashion and will provide as much information as possible when responding.  Please note that in regards to footwear, boxes will NOT be included in the sale unless specifically stated in the listing.
