To the best of my knowledge this is a model 1887 Rock Island Arsenal carbine boot. I can read the Rock Island Arsenal mark on the boot and there are other marks that are not readable. It is 13 1/2" long by 6" wide.
All straps are in tact, no broken pieces. Please view the photos for condition.
