The EXPEED 4 image-processing engine and DX-format 24.2-megapixel CMOS sensor without an optical low-pass filter accurately capture colours and fine details from beautiful portraits to gorgeous cityscapes. With improved noise reduction performance across a wide ISO range of 100 to 25600, you’ll be able to shoot moving or stationary images cleanly without additional lights. Furthermore, capture clear and defined monochrome stills with the extended ISO range of Hi BW 1 (equivalent to ISO 51200) and Hi BW 2 (equivalent to ISO 102400).

From low-lit interiors to sports and wildlife, the D7200’s outstanding 51-point autofocus (AF) system with the new Advanced Multi-CAM 3500 II autofocus sensor module with a detection range down to -3 EV ensures your shots remain clear even in dark environments. Record clearer audio with wind noise reduction when you use the built-in stereo microphone.
