TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Items ordered before 1pm are dispatched same day (both Royal Mail and DPD).
  • Kindly check your details, address, payment details etc. before making the payment.
  • All items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail First or Second Class, which attempts to deliver within 3 - 5 working days (as stated on Royal Mail website). However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location and Royal mail services. 
  •  We do not assume any guarantee of delivery within three working days. It has been noted that Royal Mail may take longer than usual delivery time.
  • If the delivery takes longer, we request you to kindly inquire at your local depot first since all postmen do not leave delivery attempt card behind.
  • You are free to select faster means of delivery by choosing appropriate postage at extra cost.

In case of return:

  1. Buyer Must contact us via our eBay email and let us know the return reason within 14 business days of items arrival.
  2.  The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
  3. The item must be unused to be eligible for refund. The item needs to be arrived back here in new, and re-saleable condition.
  4. All accessories parts must included in their original packaging.
  5. The items found faulty after testing will be eligible for refund. In all other cases, either the item will be returned to the buyer or refunded partially (at seller's discretion). Kindly allow 4-5 working days for testing items. 
  6. Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer’s expense.
  7. Customer is responsible for return postage.
  8. We are not responsible for item lost during returning.
