We guarantee refund item cost if buyer pay for return shipping charges and with item in its original packaging

and not been install within 3 days of delivery. If buyer is not satisfy with style or color or quality simple return

item at buyer expense we will issue refund item cost when item is still new and not installed.
 
In case of received a damaged or broken items, please direct contact the shipping carrier to file an insurance

claim as soon as possible. However, If you do not have pay for the insurance to us, then we ARE NOT

responsible for any LOSS or Damage.

If you received a wrong item, please email us first for confirmation. Please inspect all items by the time it arrive.

Customer MUST contact us within 3 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment

damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 3 days, NO EXCEPTION.

immediately upon arrival.

Buyers are responsible for return postage if buyer unable to give details to support possible defects and non

fitment issues. We will look at pictures and vin # to help identify possible cause. All our items had been tested

with applicable vehicles to ensure proper fitment so we fully need to understand why they don't fit so we can

make proper adjustment on our descriptions for the specific product.
