The infamous APPLIED Tuning Fork Emblem Clasp Bracelet!
The desirable/rare/early/USA made Kreisler Coffin Link bracelet (+/- 1960-1965).
Classic on the First Series Accutrons... Astronauts, Spaceviews, etc.
Ultrasonic cleaned, gentle polish, added new spring bars where necessary, adjusted the closure, oiled all of the joints and rubbed it down with oil... this beauty is ready to go.
The last picture shows the amount of "play" in the bracelet. This one is in excellent condition considering that it is at least 50 years old.
This is full length, +/- 6 3/8" from Spring Bar to Spring Bar at maximum length... it can only be shortened from there.
These are over 50 years old now... and they were NOT the most solid design to begin with so... I've done my best to bring this back to it's best conditon. But I wouldn't consider these as "everyday" bracelets.... they are intended for vintage watches that are to be used gently. This may need minor adjustment and tightening after wearing it a few times. I tend not to overtighten... and it has been rubbed down with oil... so adjust it for your needs after wiping it down.
This one has some very slight scratches... I didn't want to remove too much of the Gold Fill Plate... so it still has some "character" to it.
This one alsohas a great clasp... with the highly desired Applied Logo from +/- 1960- 1965.
This bracelet has very little "stretch" to it... it really appears to be a very "low milage" bracelet... not stretched to near death!
It may have the slightest amount of "brassing" to it at the clasp area and edges... but it's one of the best ones that I've ever seen... so I priced it accordingly.
