Items are shipped via FedEx ground. Items priced at or above $499.99 will ship with a direct signature requirement. A confirmation message will be sent with a tracking number after your package is dropped off at FedEx. Cutoff time for same day shipping is at 4:00 PM PST. If you place the order AFTER 4:00pm PST Friday or over the weekend we will ship the next available business day.

International purchases are processed via eBay global shipping. All import duties and custom tax fees are charged upfront when you check out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Return and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. All purchases must be returned unworn in its original condition with all included accessories. The buyer is responsible for the initial shipping cost as well as return shipping. Once we obtained the return package, we will notify you. You have the option for an exchange or refund.
