Offered for your consideration is this vintage made-in-Japan classic style chocolate (or tea or coffee) pot done in sublime pastels of blue, pink and gray with small scenes of waterfront huts, trees, a foot bridge and volcanic rock outcroppings. The pot is 7" wide from spout tip to gold-trimmed handle edge, 3½" in diameter at the gold-trimmed rim, 5" in diameter and the six-sided base and 10" tall including the gold trimmed lid and finial. It is in near excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing and just very light wear to the gold trim at the handle.
