TERMS OF SALE If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, I offer all my customers refunds (excluding original postage paid for overseas items) or exchanges for items returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all products must be returned in the same good condition they were sent out. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer. I suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as I cannot be held responsible for any lost items. If you do wish to return an item, please contact me as soon as possible so i can supply you with the returns address. Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hrs of receipt of the returned goods. 
SALE OF ITEMS OUTSIDE THE UK Please note you, the buyer, are responsible for any additional customs or import taxes for your country.

Delivery by Royal Mail 1st class post or royal mail airmail for overseas purchases.
 LOST ITEMS Royal Mail do not count an item as lost until 15 working days after the expected arrival date. If your item does become lost, after the 15 days has lapsed, I will open an investigation with Royal Mail and refund you in full or send out a replacement free of charge.
