We only supply customers to UK mainland only , due to surcharges imposed to us our delivery carriers for some Highlands & Islands locations. If you live outside UK mainland , feel free to call us 0871 200 3033 prior to purchasing goods and we can confirm cost of shipping.

PVR Direct ship most goods within 24hrs of cleared payment except orders received on Friday PM, Weekends and Bank Holidays where orders are still received in these times but will only be processed upon return.

All customers should expect to receive their orders within 3-4 days barring weekends and Bank Holidays

All Orders depending on weight are dispatched on one of the following services ;

2.1kg-30kg Courier Delivery (48hr)

Goods can be returned up to 14 days after receiving the goods
    
        A full refund will be authorised once the returned goods are received with no
