Approx 15" tall. The train on his outfit makes it 18" in total. 

Has some light surface cracks and the outfit has some tiny wear holes/grazing but in my opinion a good restorer could touch these up.

The wig is coming unstuck on the back. 

All flaws pictured so please study them.

There appears to be a box front and back. I can't see what these are for as it is wrapped in the paper which I don't want to remove.

I think the eyes are glass.

I don't know the age of this one but believe it to be very old.
