AUCTION TERMS

Note:

All used items are purchased from various sources; such as, Auctions, Estates Sale, Barns, Flea Market or yard sales and have some wear. I describe items to the best of my ability and present many pictures for viewing. Describing items and their condition is a matter of personal opinion, so please check all photos provided prior to bidding to verify exactly what is included in the listing and the overall condition, and please ask any questions before placing your bid. All items are sold as is and as pictured, with no warranties or guarantees.  Because many of the items are antique or vintage, they will usually have some signs of wear. I always try to note flaws, but please inspect pictures and ask me any questions you may have.

Payment:

Is expected within 4 days of “Auction” end and immediately on “BUY IT NOW”. If payment is not received, the auction will be relisted and a non-paying bidder claim will automatically be opened.  So, please be responsible prior to bidding.

After Auction Ends:

Within 24 hours, an invoice will be emailed to you. You are welcome to use the Ebay checkout system no matter what your payment method preference is as this helps expedite shipping label printing and package preparation. If purchasing multiple items it is best to wait for an invoice or shipping calculations may be incorrect.

International Bidders:

International bidders are welcome, but you must use Paypal.  Delivery estimates for International packages are not a guarantee that you will receive your item on any certain date. All International package are delivered to Ebay mailing facility for processing in Kentucky, USA.

Shipping Terms:

Buyers pay calculated s/h charges. Please use the shipping calculator available in each auction for accurate shipping quotes. ** If you have a problem using the shipping calculator please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible ** Shipping charges are combined for multiple auctions won and are not negotiable.

Shipping Methods:

We use several US Postal Services for US Buyers depending on the weight and location of the item. We strive to keep the shipping costs as low as possible in order to be competitive in the marketplace. We charge what it costs to ship and a nominal handling fee to cover the cost of packaging materials. We use eBay shipping labels which will put the shipping information, tracking number, and date shipped in the auction for your convenience. No alternate shipping services or personal pick up’s under any conditions. NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT EBAY AND PAYPAL HAVE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS.  ALL ITEMS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WILL NOT BE REPLACED AND WILL ONLY BE FORWARDED AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.

Refunds:

Returns must be authorized before merchandise is sent back. Refunds will only be given if the item has been grossly misrepresented and is received in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances and will not be reimbursed as part of any refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

Return Policy: 

I do have a 30 day return policy.  Return Policy must be negotiated between Seller and Buyer to mutually agree the reasoning of the item in question.  There may be a 20% restock fee if applicable.  If you need additional details on return policy; please review Ebay’s Return Policy.
