Logarithmic power detector (AD8307)
First, the product application:
AD8307 is applied to the 500 MHz frequency within the dynamic range of 92 dB (-75 dBm- + 17 dBm) multistage logarithmic amplifier. It uses an 8-pin SOIC-N package, as shown in FIG.
