This laptop has been fully tested (HDMI port faulty) and the hard drive has been wiped, ready for a new owner. Comes pre-installed with Windows 7 (professional edition), Microsoft Security Essentials, Open Office and a genuine Dell charger.

Issues detected during testing:

• The HDMI port does not function, no video or sound output.  

Cosmetic condition:

• Outer case: Some small marks and scratches on the outer case (please refer to pictures), otherwise in good cosmetic condition generally. 
  
  
• Screen:  Very good condition, no dead pixels, pressure marks or scratches to the screen. The bezelk surrounding the screen is in good condition also.  
  
  
• Keyboard & Touchpad:  Both the keyboard and touchpad are in good condition all round. There are no faded keys on the keyboard, few signs of previous use.  
  
  
• Battery: The battery has been tested and we guarantee that it will last a minimum of 45 minutes when the laptop is unplugged, however it is likely to last longer.
