Most of our items include free UK delivery which is handled by our dedicated courier service, MyHermes. Delivery times are quoted as 3-5 working days although in the majority of cases parcels arrive within 72 hours.
MyHermes will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel before returning it to us if they are unsuccessful with a £4.00 surcharge. This fee must be paid together with any re-delivery costs if you wish for us to post the parcel back out to you.
Need your item sooner? We offer a next working day UK delivery service via Royal Mail providing your order is submitted and paid for before 1pm. Prices quoted are the prices quoted to us by the Post Office, we don’t add any costs on for ourselves!
International shipping is generally dealt with through Ebays Global Shipping Programme. However, we are happy to provide quotations for any listings that do not offer this service and invite you to contact us for a price.
Need a parcel within 48 hours but not happy to pay next day delivery costs? We’re happy to send a parcel 1st class recorded delivery and would invite you to contact us for details. Again, any prices quoted will simply be the prices given to us by the Post Office.
Please note that we must be advised within 14 days of any items lost in the post so that we can submit a claim to the relevant carrier for compensation.
So you order an item and it arrives on time but it doesn’t fit, or the colour isn’t what you expected, or your Mum/Dad/Brother/Lover doesn’t like it?! Well, don’t sweat over it. We offer a 30 day returns policy which enables you to send an item back to us for a no quibbles full refund.
All we ask is that you return the item to us in the condition it was dispatched and pay the return postage costs. We promise to issue your refund within 24 hours of receiving your item back at our unit, although most refunds are generally issued the same day.
