This is a mint, unused FD-7403 Dura-Ace front derailleur made by Shimano. Check out the photos to see how nice this item is. It has never been used and it is scratch free. The head of the small machine screw that would connect the derailleur to a braze-on post has some small rust dots from 25 years of storage, but that’s the only aspect of this derailleur that isn’t absolutely perfect. This derailleur is part of the Shimano 7400 series that originally included the FD-7403 front derailleur and the RD-7402 rear derailleur. The Dura-Ace 7403 was the top of the line model made by Shimano at the time. This front derailleur is intended to be used with double chain rings.The weight of the derailleur is under 90 grams or roughly 3.1 ounces.

If you search on e-bay you can sometimes find other examples of new FD-7403 derailleurs selling for $120 or $125, but you will not find another one as nice as the one in this auction selling for $60. Here's your chance to get a new FD-7403 derailleur at a real bargain.
