For sale is a small Arts and Crafts vanity jar beautifully decorated on the glass and on the silver lid with enamel. The lid is fully hallmarked with the anchor and the lion for Birmingham silver and the date letter d for 1903. The makers mark is quite rubbed, something like D&S. There is also a Registration Number 417042. There is a larger and a tiny chip at the bottom of the glass, otherwise there is just minor wear and it needs a clean. A beautiful item which measures about 45mm high and about 40mm in diameter.

I am no expert in this kind of thing, so please look at the picture, as item is sold as seen.
