   Note: all measurements are taken at 70 degree F room and crankshaft temperature. These are checked with snap Gage's and verified with starrett micrometers. Crankshaft will come with a inspection sheet 

Detailed Description 

Crankshafts are precision ground to aftermarket specifications and tolerances. All crankshafts are Shot Blasted, Thermal Cleaned, Ground under to next bearing size,  Micropolished, tested for finish quality and integrity with strict adherence to Ra standards for all journal surfaces and Inspected. Each crankshaft kit includes matching rod and main bearings to assist in the proper installation and fit of the unit

Core Return Policy - Cores returned for credit need to be sent at shippers expense in rebuild-able condition. Return cores "rust-free". We recommend you return it in the package sent to you. To insure prompt credit for your core, enclose a clear copy of your original invoice.

 Important Notice for warranty and returns: 

Due to some of the great characters we have in this country all cranks will now be shipped with plastigage and a instruction sheet on how to use plastigage. This must be used when installing the crank in the block when the main and rods bolts are torqued down to evaluate clearances. Failure to do this and not to be able to provide these to Torque Machine LLC via picture If a problem arises will result in the void of any warranty or return. Restocking fee of 20% non negotiable 

Friendly Tip- Each crank is clearly marked on the long arm counterweight what the rods and mains were ground down to. Please double check your bearings and make sure you received the correct size and that they match what the tag and mark say on the crank. Do not assume that the box they came in were correct check the bearings themselves and that they match the crank. Please Note: if you have to apply a good amount of pressure to get bearings to fit on the journal STOP and call our customer service number below. Bearings should fit on easily and with prelube should slide around the journal diameter effortlessly.

   Note: Once again due to some past problems this is a used crankshaft that has been refurbished. Any gear or spacers on the crankshafts are and should be presumed junk and needing replaced with new.
