The tuner is Japanese specifications FM(76.1 - 89.9MHz) AM(522-1,629kHz).It is almost displayed in English. 
It comes wire harness ,RCA connector,6ch amplifier,2RCA cable,USB cable.remote is missing.head unit is excellent condition.near MINT. all functions and working properly.Good sound.
