Shipping

For most items several shipping methods are provided at check out: 1st Class Mail, Priority or Express. Be sure to choose the one which suits you best. 1st Class Mail does not provide tracking....the number listed with your order is a Delivery Confirmation number and will only be updated upon delivery (eBay may list this as a tracking number - but it is not). Please remember....ordering over holidays or holiday weekends will add time to your estimated arrival date.

Terms of Sale

Returns are simple and easy - no RA # or prior authorization is needed. There is a minimal $3 restocking fee for each returned item. Simply return the item in new, unworn, clean, resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your invoice. Returns must include everything your item was shipped with, which includes any or all of the following: product box, case, cloth, authenticity card, stickers, brochures, etc. We ask that you package the item carefully in a sturdy box to avoid damage and that you DO NOT use Signature Confirmation as we will not be available to sign for the package. If you have any problem with the item you receive we ask that you give us sufficient time to reply to your eBay message - all inquires are addressed within 48 hours - most much sooner. Please keep in mind standard business hours, which do not include weekends and holidays. We will be happy to help you with any problem given the opportunity. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Item refunds will be made to your paypal account.

ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any customs,vat or duty fees that a buyer's government may impose on its citizens. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs officials can and often do open packages and apply a market value to the merchandise within and apply taxes regardless of value stated or 'gift' marked on the customs forms. For packages going to Brazil - we will ship using only Express mail for safety reasons. For further information regarding these fees please contact your local customs office. Thank you.
