This is a genuine Hayward replacement item.

Includes:
1 - SPX4010C imp
1 - SPX4000SA2 Shaft Seal
1 - SPX3021R Wear ring

YOU MUST REPLACE YOUR IMPELLER IF YOUR OLD ONE ACCEPTS THE PS-201 SEAL otherwise it will cause premature motor bearing failure from internal leaking.

You must also replace the mounting plate if it is the old style:
