PAYMENT POLICY

 PayPal is the only method of payment accepted from all buyers, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can use any debit or credit card and pay direct into PayPal. Sorry no other payment form is accepted

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship your goods within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment Monday-Friday.

Purchases made on Friday through to Sunday will be sent on Monday.

We use Royal Mail. We will only ship to the address on the invoice. If the item needs to be shipped to alternative address please add a note to inform us.

RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returns on all our products that are faulty, please initially send us a message through eBay. Then we will ask you to send the item back to us so we can check it and then we will send you a brand new one absolutely free and also refund your postage through PayPal.

Returns for unwanted goods - buyer must return goods at their own cost and item must come back in resalable condition. We will refund only the cost of item not postage paid.
