This mount comes with all necessary hardware needed to install TV on a normal stud wall. Shipping to US 48 states: We ship the same business day if your order is received by 3:00PM Central Time. The default shipping for most orders is UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available. Please note: UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. If you place your order via UPS 2nd Day Air for shipment on a Thursday, you will receive your order the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday). If you place an order with Next Day Air Saver for shipment on a Friday, you will receive your order the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday).  Saturday Delivery is available with an additional UPS surcharge. If you would like to add Saturday Delivery to your order, please call us at: 651-251-5699.  If your eBay address is a PO box, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: We will ship the same business day if your order is received by 3:00PM Central Time. UPS adds a surcharge to these locations. Refer to the "Shipping and Payments" tab to calculate freight cost to your location.

Shipping to US Virgin Islands and Guam: We will ship the same business day if your order is received by 3PM Central Time. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. No UPS shipments will be made to these locations.

Shipping to International locations: We ship the same business day if your order is received by 3PM Central Time. Default shipping is through the eBay Global Shipping program. Shipping times may vary. Normally, you will receive your item in 6-10 days. However once in customs, the package may be delayed, and we have no control over items once they reach your customs office.

Warranty/Returns:

This Monster Tilting Wall Mount has a manufacturers warranty/limited 90 days warranty. The written warranty follows:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.  If you think you are experiencing warranty issues call us direct at 651-251-5699. Any returns shipped to us will need a Return Materials Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA#. You are responsible for the freight cost when returning a suspected defective warranty item to us. New returns are accepted within 14 days of sale date. If we authorize a new return, the item must be in good salable condition. You are responsible for the return freight cost, and return is subject to 20% restocking fee.
