Vintage Per Sempre was originally a small vintage boutique in Bournemouth that quickly grew into a two floor shop, however after the arrival of my daughter I decided to close the shop, allowing me to focus more on my online customers. Three years on (and another baby!) I am still buying & selling vintage pieces that are all hand picked especially for you. Many of my listings are 'buy it now', but I have started a new weekly auction every Sunday evening.

Vintage 1940's Dress
Stunning Dress - a real show stopper!
Original 1940's Wedding Dress
Absolutely gorgeous piece!
All white lace gown with ivory slip attached underneath
Fitted across bust and waist with a full skirt
Gorgeous shawl style
Ruffle front
Fastens with a metal zip at the side, whilst the slip has metal poppers at the side
Full length piece
This is an original piece - it appears to be in great vintage condition however there are a couple of very small holes to the lace. Only noticed these under close inspection.
Another thing to note is that the skirt part of the dress has not been made from one piece of fabric, due to the age of the item and limited funds and resources at the time the original owner would have used every inch of the fabric even if that meant putting off cuts together to create the dress. It is still a gorgeous piece and certainly does not detract from its beauty.
