Fit: Head Last Measurement – The last of a ski boot, or the internal width of the boot, is one of the most important fit factors. HEAD boots, shell and liner, are built around different lasts, each tuned to match the requirements of a certain type of skier. Last- 2000cc – Comfortable fit combined with high-precision geometry in the ankle and heel region. Focused on high performance without sacrificing comfort. Forefoot Width- Dependent on Boot Size – 25.5 = 99 mm / 26.5 = 101 mm. Easy Entry Shell Design– Located in the throat of the boot, 4 channels are cut into the plastic to reduce the thickness of the material and thus provide smoother entry and better wrapping to the foot.
Flex: Tuning – A screw mechanism on the spine of the cuff that links shell and cuff. To get a softer flex, the screw(s) can be replaced with the plastic caps included in the box. Flex-105-95– A stiff adjustable flex for heavier intermediate skiers through expert level skiers who prefer a less demanding, more forgiving boot.
Liner: Perfect Fit S Liner – Perfect Fit is a liner made entirely from a special blend of PE and EVA thermo-formable material that adapts to the individual foot and shell. The tongue is also made with thermo-formable material to complete the customization.
Shell Materials: Tri-Injected Energy Frame – A high performance, multi-density shell that optimizes easy entry, foot wrapping, comfort and energy transmission. Energy Frame construction reinforces the shell structure, increasing boot stability and performance. Shell / Cuff – Polyurethane / SL. Stance: Double Canting (Alignment).
Buckles: 4 Micro-adjustable Spine-Tech alloy buckles – Spine-Tech buckles feature a constant traction closure point. *These are used ski boots and, as such, will have scratches and scrapes to the outer shell. The toes and heels will be in good shape and good life left in them. The liners will have no holes in them and all of the buckles will be on the boots and will work. Some of these boots will have broken pull straps on the liner, this will not effect the longevity of these boots. We inspect every boot and as necessary will replace the toe and heel plates. Buyers are allowed 7 days from the time of receipt to inspect the boots and to insure fit. We will exchange for another size if in stock provided the customer pay shipping charges.
