If you buy this, you will ONLY receive 2 relays and instructions on how to fix your CCU!!!

If you have a Whirlpool Duet or Kenmore Elite He3 front load washing machine that is giving you the F11 error, you either have a bad MCU or a bad CCU...here's how to tell:

If the washer fills with water but the drum NEVER starts turning, your MCU needs to be replaced.

If the washer makes it most of the way through a cycle and gives the F11 error during the rinse or spin, your CCU has the vibration  / relay problem and can be fixed.

Repairing these boards is not difficult if you have the tools and ability to solder.  If you have questions about or during the repair process, I am more than happy to assist you.
