1968 Mattel Swingy Doll Up for bid is a used 1968 Mattel Swingy Walking & Dancing Doll. This 18" hard vinyl & plastic doll has long rooted platinum blonde hair & blue painted eyes. Her mouth is partly open with formed teeth. She is wearing her original pink & white polka dot dress with attached panties & orange belt. Her white socks with shoes are attached to her body so are not removable. The clothing & shoes are in fair condition & need cleaning. The doll will not work due to the battery cover being missing. This doll would be an excellent addition to a Mattel doll collection, a battery operated doll collection, or just a regular doll collection. I am selling some of both mine and my mother's collections. We've been collecting since the 1970's and have different type collections. Space is now a problem for me, and my mother has passed away. So, I must part with some of our quite large collections. I hope if you bid and win, you will enjoy our items as much as we did. I am in a wheelchair and do not drive. I depend totally on my husband and son to take care of all physical aspects of my eBay sales. My husband packages items and takes them to the post office for shipping. My son photographs items for listing and then locates them in our various totes when sold. I try to ship within 10 to 15 days, but if it will be longer, I will notify the buyer as to the timeframe for shipping as soon as possible. I do ship by USPO priority mail (3 to 5 days) unless buyer prefers a cheaper method. The listing states expedited shipping, however that applies to timeframe after item has shipped, not timeframe for shipping item. If you need item for a birthday or holiday, let me know, and I will ship as soon as possible. Note to international bidders: Please email me for correct shipping cost or wait until I send an invoice. The calculated amount for shipping on the listing is usually lower than the actual shipping cost when it comes to shipping to other countries. If you make an instant payment and the actual shipping cost is higher, I will contact you to pay the difference. I will not ship item until the difference is paid. I take this action because I can no longer afford to pay the difference. I hope international bidders will understand. I want buyers to be satisfied with our transactions. That cost, as well as a minimal shipping/handling fee, will be added to total shipping cost. I do refund money over actual shipping cost (over $ .50).
