We accept Paypal or payments using Credit or Debit cards by phone. We also accept cash upon collection from our establishment (see address below).

Posting such large and unshapely items can be costly. We aim to get the cheapest possible postage. We make no money from postage costs, and in most cases we lose on postage fees.  Where possible we recycle packaging, not only does this keep postage costs to a minimum, saving you money, it also cuts down our impact on the environment. Before purchasing, please fully understand the cost of postage. We are happy to provide documentation of postage costs and delivery time when requested, and to combine multiple items to reduce postage costs. Items will be shipped within 1-2 working day from payment, all items are shipped at 1st Class signed delivery up to the weight of 2kg. Because it is a more efficient delivery method, items posted over this weight will be shipped using a 48hr Delivery Service. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to postal services. Collection from our store during opening hours is welcomed (Monday-Saturday 10am-5:30pm) and is obviously free. International and overseas customers please contact us for a postage cost before committing to buy. We cannot be held responsible for overseas packages where the buyer has opted out of tracked shipping.

We cannot accept returns on any electrical items unless the item has been fitted by a trained mechanic at a reputable motorcycle garage (Documentation of service will be needed). We also cannot accept returns on engines/engine parts. Removing, building or fitting an engine is a major undertaking and should be not performed without the correct tools, homework and professional guidance. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by an incorrectly repaired/installed engine

All parts are tested, stamped and photographically recorded before being listed for sale. We take all legitimate returns seriously and swiftly, if there are any problems or questions please contact us before leaving feedback, so we can properly fix the problem between customer and seller.
