We are a smoke free home.  We do have a dog and cat, but they do not have access to our stock

I prefer to ship globally using the eBay Global Shipping program. That means I send it to the ebay US site, they inspect it, then they fill out the customs and send it to you. I cannot provide quotes for shipping items through the global shipping program, it is whatever ebay quotes the cost on the item page. I do offer other calculated shipping to select locations.

Payments expected within 3 days of the end of the auction.  Payments expected immediately for Buy It Now items unless you have communicated with me prior to check out.

I will be happy to combine shipping on items.  If you win an item and wish to bid on another and combine shipping, just message me and let me know.

I will only ship to confirmed paypal addresses.   If you need an item to go to an alternative address or this is an issue with your shipping address, please contact me prior to bidding/purchase.   Items will be shipped securely via your chosen available USPS shipping method with Delivery Confirmation.  If you would like to add insurance to it, contact me.  Otherwise buyer assumes all responsibility for package once it has been mailed.  No returns will be accepted for items damaged in the mail.  Everything is shipped securely but if you have concerns I'd suggest adding shipping insurance.  Will ship within 1 business days (Mon-Thurs) of payment received.  Payments received during the weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) will typically ship on Monday.

Returns:
We will accept returns if there is a problem with the item or it was not described correctly.  You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to return.  Returns must be received within 14 days of your receiving the item.    I do charge a restocking fee of 10% of the item's sale price (not including shipping.)  Do not return the item until talking with us about it.  All items are described to the best of my ability, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to message me.   I appreciate positive feedback as 100% customer satisfaction is my goal.
