Hello, this is a vintage Ludwig & Ludwig Racer drum pedal. It came with WWII Victory snare I purchased so I'm guessing it's 1940s. The beater show wear from use with a small chunk missing. See Pics. It appears to be all there. There was some old tape over the logo that I peeled off, it should clean up nice if desired. Cool old pedal.
