Postage & Shipping
Items will be dispatched same or next working day once payment has cleared.
Royal mail Tracking 48 take 2-3 working days to deliver your item from the date of dispatch.
Royal mail Tracking 24 will take 1-2 working days.
Please take into account that this does not include Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays.
Dispatch Notification will be sent by email.
If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.
Return Policy & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied:
We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure items are in their original condition/packaging.
For exchanges, we do need a delivery fee (£3.99 to UK Mainland) to send the exchange item back to you.
Please note that the delivery fee is deducted from all refunds (except where goods are faulty), including those items we send with free delivery.
Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.
Important:
Please note that ALL damage claims must be reported to us within 7 working days of delivery.
Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time.
Claims cannot be accepted for damage once goods have been used.
