We always strive to ensure our photos are a true representation of the item you are purchasing with any obvious defects highlighted. Buyers are however welcome to return any goods they are not fully satisfied with within 14 days of receipt for a full refund providing the item is returned to us in the same condition it was dispatched. Buyers will also be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item received differs significantly from the original listing description. By this we mean the item bears obvious marks, defects or areas of damage that were not highlighted in the original listing. We would not consider minor marks and defects to be significant for pre-worn items.
To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience we would urge bidders to scrutinise all uploaded photos and put forward any questions prior to purchasing an item. We endeavour to answer any queries in a timely fashion and will provide you with as much information as possible when responding.
Finally, we would point out that we receive very few return goods and take pride in providing a professional and swift delivery service as demonstrated by our high feedback score. Should any buyers not be fully satisfied with their purchase then we would ask that you contact us in the first instance prior to opening an ebay dispute or leaving negative feedback so that we can be given the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Most of our items include free UK delivery which is handled by our dedicated courier service, MyHermes. Delivery times are quoted as 3-5 working days although in the majority of cases parcels arrive within 72 hours.
MyHermes will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel before returning it to us if they are unsuccessful with a £4.00 surcharge. This fee must be paid together with any re-delivery costs if you wish for us to post the parcel back out to you.
Need your item sooner? We offer a next working day UK delivery service via Royal Mail providing your order is submitted and paid for before 1pm. Prices quoted are the prices quoted to us by the Post Office, we don’t add any costs on for ourselves!
