Used once for our wedding with a highly recommended Lidl serrano jamon. In perfectly good condition all washed and cleaned. 
Can reccomend this style as you really need the clamp at the top to hold the ham tight in order to cut properly, also to rotate it when you need to cut the back side of the ham. 
When I got it it came with a free knife which was crap so I binned it.
