This is the classic Buck 191 with a twist. The Buck Company was originally contracted by Bass Pro Shop to make these knives for Bass Pro Shop to use as prizes at their annually bass tournaments this is noted in Buck's categorizing numbers which is printed on the end of the box (0191rwgbp5-b) the bp stands for Bass Pro Shop, which makes these even rarer. The CPM 154 Steel is one of Buck’s finest quality steels and keeps a lasting and durable edge. Buck’s CPM 154 is the best steel that Buck has used since BG-42 (both steel types Rockwell at 59-61).This knife would be an excellent addition to any Buck Knife collection or if you want a great knife to pack out in the woods.
