STORE POLICIES
SHIPPING
(within USA)
Unless
specifically stated in the listing, each additional item you purchase will ship
for $2.00 more. Regardless of the order in which items are purchased, you will
be charged the highest shipping price first and $2.00 per additional
items thereafter. To take advantage of our special offers simply make your
purchases and wait for us to send you a revised invoice reflecting the
appropriate discounts. Then once you get the invoice, pay and we will promptly
ship your order. This discount is applicable only to Domestic U.S. and
APO orders.
International
shipping
International
shipping is available ONLY via USPS Priority Mail International. When multiple
items are ordered we will base your shipping discount on the weight of the
items you purchase (average is $3-$5 per additional). Please email before
purchasing multiple items to get an accurate shipping quote.
INSURANCE
Insurance
is an OPTION which we are happy to make available on any transaction for the
cost charged by USPS. Please request this option before paying and
ensure you have selected such option when paying.
RETURNS
Returns
will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning.
We do not refund shipping costs. If you have received an item which is not what
you ordered please email us for exchange at our expense.
LOST OR
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
We
do our very best to pack your items so that they arrive safely. This includes
double boxing all tin sign orders and using oversized boxes for extra
protection. Unfortunately some items are still damaged while in the process of
being shipped. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for damaged items.
Your recourse will be through USPS Insurance so please purchase it or
request it be added to your invoice before paying. We will fully comply
with any insurance claims you may have.
GIFTS -
SHIPPING TO 3rd PARTIES
We
are happy to send your purchases to 3rd parties as gifts but you MUST
contact us BEFORE paying through eBay’s contact member system. We will begin
packaging your order almost immediately after payment is made so if you wait to
ask until after you pay we may already have taken your package to the Post
office.
MULTIPLE ITEM
DISCOUNTS
We
often run specials giving you a certain percent off your entire order when you
buy a minimum number of items. These discounts will apply only to fixed
price listings, not auction items. These discounts are off the item price, not
shipping. This discount is not available on items over $250 or designated as
pick up only due to their size. Please see our store home page for our current
promotions.
LOCAL PICK-UP
& FREIGHT DELIVERY
You
are welcome to come to Wadsworth, Ohio and pick up any of your purchases. We ask only
that you contact us before paying so we can send you an invoice reflecting this
and again before coming to get your items. You will receive address and contact
information upon payment.
We
are happy to get a freight quote for larger items. Please note that it may take
a couple of days to get an accurate quote to you. Any quote will include our
costs to securely package the item and to deliver it to the shipping terminal. If
you would like a quote please include the following information in your
request; your shipping address, whether it is a business with a loading
dock or residence, whether or not you are willing and able to pick up from your
local shipping terminal, and if delivery to home is what you want whether you
require the item to be brought inside and placed or dropped off at your drive
for you to deal with ( this service is not always available).
