Fabrics

Please note that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the fabric. 

Fabric Swatches

Please request fabric swatches if your trying to match a certain colour by emailing sales@simscf.com with you're contact details and address, stating which swatches you would like or call 01945 450957 to discuss with the sales team.

Fabric Specification

All our fabrics are severe contract grade, so they are designed for the heavy use of commerical properties. They are also all treated upto CRIB5 fire specification outlined by law for use in commerical properties which also surpasses FR treated for domestic use. Our Faux Leathers have a 100k rub test certificate which surpasses standard contract grade of a 40k rub test.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on delivery to mainland UK, If you live outside this area please contact us on 01945 450957 to discuss options.

Delivery Method

Deliveries will be sent either by Courier on a 3-5 day service or via our own delivery vans depending on size of order and delivery location. Delivery is to the door step and will require customer to be there to accept delivery and help unload.

Delivery Access

Delivery will be made via a large van or 20 tonne lorry. Please make sure the delivery address has access for this. If we are unable to deliver due to not being able to access address there may be additional charges. If you are unsure on access please call our sales team on 01945 450957 to discuss.

Delivery Time

All units are made to order and will be dispatched within 5 working days, we do offer an express service for an additional charge subject to workload - Please call 01945 450957 to discuss.

Made to Order Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on made to order items.

Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is fauty, you have 5 working day to notify us by emailing photos to sales@simscf.com including your invoice number, we will then advise on how to proceed.

If you item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will advise you on how to proceed.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Sales Team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if we have already begun Manufacturing your order we are unable to cancel it,
