Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We have a 1 business day handling time to ensure your item reaches you in a timely manner. We take pride in our shipping speed(Please see our feedback). With this being said, once the item leaves our hands, we are no longer in control. If we could drop every package off at your door ourselves, believe me, we would. If for some reason the Post Office fails to deliver your package, please contact us and we will remedy the situation.

Returns: All returns, unless gross negligence on our part, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. I hate to do business this way, but a lot of people out there use Ebay as a place to try on clothes and shoes. That is extremely unfair to the seller and the restocking fee discourages this. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Know what size you wear before you buy! In the unlikely event we make a mistake, no restocking fee will be imposed.

THE FINE PRINT: If a there is a box in the picture, that simply means we have it, but the shoes will probably not be shipped with it. It is very difficult to find boxes to fit original shoe boxes. The original box will only be included if the description is "New with Box". Also, store display shoes that say "new" mean that we cant find anything to tell us they aren't brand new. Store displays that say "excellent" will often show some signs of light use from customers trying the shoes on. Many detailed pictures are provided for you to see exactly what you are getting, so please look. Thanks!
