I am an avid N2N collector with all listed swimwear and underwear in my own personal collection. Below are my recommendations only for N2N sizing based on my 32" waist size in to help you make the best choice for your fit.

For underwear

Size M fits tight, but is fine for a 32" waist. However, a size L is perfect without being loose.

For N2N Swimwear

Trunks/Square Cut: Most trunks with a drawstring, I wear a size Medium as drawstring trunks tend to be a "loose" fit and you'll spend a lot of time readjusting. Without a drawstring, I recommend a size Large as they are typically made tighter when made with an elastic waistband.

Briefs & Bikini's: The opposite is usually the case for briefs and bikini's. With a drawstring, size Large fits perfectly on most suits. Without a drawstring, I recommend a size medium as the bikini's & briefs are usually more loose when made without.

Care & Washing: I have N2N items that are over 10 years old and still in excellent condition, look like new, and the elastic is still perfect. After wearing your N2N swimwear, always rinse and wash right away in the sink using Woolite or similar washing detergent. Do not let salts or pool chemicals stay on the fabric of your suit. I never use the gentle cycle of the washing machine or dryer, I recommend hand washing and hang dry. Following these care instructions, you can enjoy your items for years to come. I follow the same care instructions for N2N underwear as well.
